Experience
Technology Intern
Qualtrate, June 2024 – Present
At Qualtrate, I help build the company's technological infrastructure by automating workflows with Power Automate. I develop and test AI-driven tools to boost efficiency and ensure smooth system operation. Through SQL queries, I analyze data trends to support decision-making. I also contribute to preparations as the company grows toward becoming fully operational.
Assistant Manager
Glen Rock Municipal Pool, Seasonally January 2023 – August 2024
As Assistant Manager at Glen Rock Municipal Pool, I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing a staff of 60, including handling terminations when necessary. I worked closely with town officials on budgeting, purchases, and contractor management to keep the facility running smoothly. Each summer, I prepared the pool and grounds, assessing equipment and making necessary replacements. Training was a key part of my role, ensuring that 30 new hires each season understood equipment usage, maintenance, security procedures, and cash handling. I also managed scheduling, adjusted staffing to maintain proper coverage, and handled patron interactions, including resolving conflicts and diffusing difficult situations. Additionally, I monitored pool chemical levels for safety compliance and oversaw the maintenance of pool systems, troubleshooting issues with pumps, filters, and the boiler. In emergency situations, I took charge by implementing protocols and directing staff response to ensure safety.

I executed SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis, helping to uncover trends and insights. Additionally, I investigated user behaviors and motivations in simulated industry scenarios, gaining experience in data-driven decision-making across different contexts.
